If an item’s price is incorrect, we will, at our discretion, contact you for directions or cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation.

Your bid will not be considered approved until the product you ordered has been shipped, and we will have the right to change the price of the product and ask you for more directions using the e-mail address or phone number you gave during registration, or cancel the order and inform you of any termination. If we approve your order, the amount will be deducted from your credit / debit card account and you will be told by email or phone, as appropriate, that the payment has been processed. It’s possible that the invoice will be received before the commodity you ordered is shipped.

Our special offers/discounts are not available around the board and are only available in some categories.

Both Product deals are subject to availability and are only valid for a limited time (s). Proteinfrist reserves the right to change, expand, upgrade, or cancel product offerings at any time without advance warning to Users. In such cases, the revisions will be updated on the website as needed.

When a coupon code is used, it cannot be refunded if the customer cancels the order.

Proteinfrist.com sells only authentic items. Many of the retailers that sell these items on Proteinfrist.com have agreed to sell only authentic goods. On Proteinfrist.com, we guarantee the condition of the item you buy. This pledge, however, would not include production flaws.
